I can provide you with representation as a buyer’s agent, help you understand the building process and your contract obligations. I will be your exclusive advocate in the event things go wrong with the builder and provide solutions to correct any issues that you may encounter. It happens more that most realize.
Most buyers don’t even know that professional representation is free. The builder already has the buyer’s agent fee set aside to cover this expense. It is not added to the price of the home. When a buyer does not use a buyer’s agent, this fee goes back to the builder. It does not reduce the price of the home.
