A common misconception when purchasing new construction is that you don’t need buyer’s representation.

That friendly and helpful salesperson in the model home, works for the builder and represents the builder’s interest only. Shouldn't you have a buyer’s agent working for and representing you and your best interest? 

A buyer’s agent can provide you with objective professional advice and insight during all phases of the home building and buying process. You can get professional assistance and guidance from contract to closing, even beyond.

I can provide you with representation as a buyer’s agent, help you understand the building process and your contract obligations. I will be your exclusive advocate in the event things go wrong with the builder and provide solutions to correct any issues that you may encounter. It happens more that most realize.

Most buyers don't even know that professional representation is free. The builder already has the buyer's agent fee set aside to cover this expense. It is not added to the price of the home. When a buyer does not use a buyer’s agent, this fee goes back to the builder. It does not reduce the price of the home.
